last year, my brand new OEM clutch just seized on me, with exactly the same symptoms you just described...I couldn't get out of gear, and when I was finally able to put the car in Neutral, it wouldn't get back in gear. It turned out that the clutch had just sheared at a spot that was just weak by design. Genic also posted a picture of his broken clutch, which broke exactly the same way mine had, after seeing that picture, many people here spoke out about how they've also had their clutch break in that exact spot, and this problem's not limited to Z32s by the way.
